Your information
Privacy notice
Little Island Digital handles the information you send when you ask about our services. Contact us at hello@littleislanddigital.co.uk with any privacy question or request.
Information we receive
An enquiry may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, the service you need and the details you choose to share about your project. If you use a Google Ads lead form, Google collects the answers and makes them available to us.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your project, prepare a proposal if requested and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use a project enquiry to add you to a general marketing mailing list. Our basis for responding is your request for steps towards a potential service agreement; keeping reasonable enquiry records is in our legitimate interests.
Who handles it
Enquiries submitted through this website are stored by our website hosting provider and available to Little Island Digital in a private enquiries view. Information submitted through a Google Ads lead form is processed by Google and delivered to Little Island Digital through the Google Ads account and, if enabled, email notifications. Our email provider also processes messages sent to us. We do not sell enquiry information. Service providers may process data in other countries under their own transfer safeguards.
Advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, a Google Ads tag may use cookies or similar technology to help us understand whether an advert led to an enquiry. You can choose “No thanks” and still use the site and send an enquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s browser storage and choose again.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only while needed to respond, follow up on a possible project and maintain appropriate business records. We review old enquiries and remove information that is no longer needed. If work begins, relevant records may be kept for the duration of the relationship and any applicable accounting or legal period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing us. Some rights depend on the circumstances and the reason we hold the information. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.
